Parking 

Except for the 3 reserved spots for the penthouse unit (and handicap parking), all parking at Reflections is on a first-come basis. The elevators are located to the left of the main entrance, where there are also carts for loading and un-loading. Please do not bring luggage carts inside the unit. 

Entry to the Condo 

As you are looking at the Reflections building, Unit #706 is in the middle of the building, on the 7th floor. You will have received a personal door-code to use to enter the Unit, and this door-code may be used throughout your stay. The code will be deactivated after your departure. 

Checking In at Reflections 

Since you have rented through VRBO.com or Airbnb (directly from the owner) you do not need to check in at a front desk. You can go directly to the condo. 

Balcony 

Please do not hang wet towels over furniture in the condo. We recommend hanging wet towels over stools on the balcony. 

Internet Access 

There is free Wifi internet available at the condo. To access the network, allow your laptop or other device to locate the “Reflections Guest” network, and then sign-on to that network. The password will be provided. Once you sign on, you should be able to access the network without having to sign on again. 

Watching TV 

There are streaming service apps including Live TV in the bedroom & in the living room. TV’s are both set in guest mode. You will need to sign into the apps with your own information. Be sure to sign in for only the dates you will be at the condo so that when you leave it goes back to guest mode in preparation for the next guest. 

Smoking 

The Unit and balcony are non-smoking, and this prohibition is strictly enforced. 

Trash Disposal 

The trash chute is located on the back-side of the elevators on the 7th floor. For larger items, there is also a dumpster located on the first floor around the corner from the elevators. 

Air Conditioning 

Please keep all doors and windows closed while operating the AC. In the Florida climate, operating the AC while the doors/windows are open will cause any AC unit to freeze. This situation would result in a very uncomfortable experience until the AC unit could be repaired. The mode on the thermostat is set on auto, please do not change this setting. If you wish to adjust the temperature use the up and down button. If you do adjust the temperature at some point during your stay, please put it back on 72 degrees before departure. 

Laundry 

There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience in the kitchen closet next to the refrigerator. Please take care when using these machines. We have left a few detergent pods in a container under the sink. 

Items to Bring 

The Unit will be equipped with linens and towels for your stay. There will also be limited amounts of hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and laundry detergent.
You may find that you need to purchase extra supplies of these items during your stay depending upon the length of your stay and the number of people in your party. 

 Other items you will/may want to bring include: 

Beach Towels, Sunscreen, Cooler (glass bottles are not allowed at the Reflections pool), Games, Music/Ipod , Aluminum Foil/Baggies, Spices, Walking attire, Umbrella, Keurig Coffee K-cups (There is a Keurig Coffee Maker in the unit, but K-cups are not provided) 

Note that some of these items (especially kitchen items) may have been left for future use by us or other occupants. If so, please feel free to use these items for your enjoyment, but also please consider the possibility of replacing or supplementing these items for the benefit of future guests. 

Sleeper Sofa 

The sofa folds out like a normal sleeper sofa, the sheets will be in the tv cabinet and the pillows will be in the chest coffee table in front of the sofa. 

Pool and Hot Tub Area 

You will have access to the pool and hot tub. Pool/hot tub area closes at 10pm. A fence has been installed around the Reflections pool and hot tub area. Entrance to the pool and hot tub area is now controlled by key fobs. You will find our 2 key fobs (attached to wrist bands) in the "boat" on the kitchen counter. To access the pool and hot tub area just hold the key fob up to the "receiver box" that is on the brick wall to the right of the pool area entrance door. Door will open when it reads the key fob. Please make sure the two wristbands with 

 pool key fobs are back in the “boat” on the kitchen counter at your departure. A $100 replacement fee will be deducted from your deposit refund for each lost key fob. Please read “Reflections Pool Rules”. 

Cleaning Up 

Upon departure please take out all trash, load the dishwasher and start it (there are dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink). Remove any food from refrigerator, Place all soiled bed linens in a pile by the washing machine, leave all soiled towels in bathroom’s white hamper. Please note that if a mess is left, an extra $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit refund. 

Check-In and Check-Out 

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Often, it is possible for an earlier check-in depending upon whether the unit has been occupied prior to your arrival. If needed, please make that request in advance. 

Our Property 

We have tried to make our unit comfortable and attractive for your enjoyment and the enjoyment of future guests and ourselves. Please let us know if there are any areas of improvement needed. Please also be respectful of our furniture, furnishings and personal property so that we and others can enjoy these items in the future. Please do not sit on the furniture in wet bathing suits. Also, please do not bring luggage carts inside the unit, unload them from outside the front door. 

When the decorative pillows are not on the bed, please store them on top of the tall cabinet in the bedroom that is next to the tv cabinet.
