DEPARTURE CHECK LIST

Departure Check List/ Check out time is 10:00 am 

• Take out all trash (trash chute is behind elevator on 7th floor)
   
• Load dishwasher & start it (Dishwasher pods are under sink)
   
• Remove any food from refrigerator & freezer
   
• Place all soiled bed linens in a pile by washing machine
   
• Leave all soiled towels in bathroom’s white hamper
   
• Please text our cleaning service at 760-989-1503 when you are leaving so they know the unit is ready to be cleaned. (a simple text like “unit 706 out” is sufficient, be sure to include the unit #)
   
• If you adjusted the temperature on the thermostat at all during your stay, please adjust it back to 72 degrees before departure using the up and down arrows
   
• Please make sure the two wrist bands with pool key fobs are back in the “boat” on the kitchen counter. A $100 replacement fee will be deducted from your deposit refund for each lost key.
  Please note that if a mess is left, an extra $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit refund.
